April 10th = J-Day?

Saturday April 10th looks like a big day as far as Japanese events are concerned.

In Washington D.C., The Japan-American Society of D.C. will present the 50th Annual Sakura Matsuri Street Festival from 11:00am – 6:00pm. DJ Hayden Honey of Superglorious will end off the fun filled day with groovy set of Japanese music.

For something closer to NYC, head mid-town to the Japan Society for their J-Cation event from 1pm-1am where you can feast on great foods, drinks and music. Check out Superglorious’ Me & Mars, who will open for amazing Asobi Seksu.
